The Brant Foundation is pleased to partner with the Greenwich YMCA to provide engaging and hands-on opportunities for students to experience contemporary art.
Students participating in the Greenwich YMCA after school program and summer camp visit The Brant Foundation for an interactive tour of the current exhibition, which is followed by a workshop designed for each age group. The workshops, which take place on site or back in the classroom, allow students to create their own artwork inspired by the work on view at the foundation, and to reflect on their own artistic process and intentions.

This is a very exciting partnership for us! For our children to be exposed to world class art in such an intimate setting presents a truly unique perspective for them. We are very appreciative of The Brant Foundation Art Study Center for making this possible. For the YMCA, this is another example of how we are helping provide resources and opportunities to our community they might now otherwise have.
