Peter M. Brant Receives Icon Awards in the Arts

Peter M. Brant, President of The Brant Foundation, Inc. is pleased to be nominated by The Bruce Museum of Arts and Science, Greenwich, CT, to receive the “Icon Award in the Arts”, honoring those who have demonstrated a commitment to the Arts.    Mr. Brant is the 2013 nominee for outstanding collector, “whose passion and discernment in collecting art support artistic excellence, encourage creativity and foster interest in great works of art.”  Other nominees include Kiki Smith: Artist, Glenn D. Lowry, Museum Professional, Sue Ann Weinberg, Patron of the Arts, and George Wachter: Leader of the Art Trade.  Chairs for this special event are Pam and Bob Goergen.
